Sandra Kuter is a registered Organisational Psychologist who started eMOTION in 2001. She has a BSc (Hons) and an MA (Industrial Psychology) from Wits University. She conducts assessments across industries
and various levels within organisations.
She also uses advanced facilitation techniques and adult learning principles in her workshops where her primary passion is Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Stress Management, Team Building and Career Development.
Most of the workshops have a leadership focus to them.

Adel de Swardt has a BSocSci (Industrial Psychology) from the University of the Free State and has completed her MA (Industrial Psychology - coursework) from Stellenbosch University. Adel's main focus is on the administration
of assessments as well as the interpretation of results.
Her feedback to candidates who have undergone assessments includes coaching.
She also assists in designing customised simulation exercises such as role-plays and in-baskets to suit the needs of clients when assessing for a specific role in an organisation. Furthermore, Adel is highly competent in designing and analysing climate surveys. She has also facilitated Afrikaans EQ workshops in the manufacturing industry.
